Refund Policy

Packin Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions for how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it's damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they’re damaged or defective. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at returns@packin.net.au

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to complete the refund.
